Why are you putting this mental training system online?
For a few years now I have been working hard to develop my ideas of bringing the work I do with my clients online so that others from around the world who can’t come to see me on a one-to-one basis because of cost or time or location can now get my mental training system brought directly to their PC or mobile device.
I’ve structured this to work as an online course that you can take over 12 weeks. The ideal pace for this program is one module per week, but you can choose to take it at a more comfortable pace for your own schedule.
There is practice of exercises involved so giving yourself a week between modules is a good idea so that you can begin to find out what works for you. The program is not specific to any one sport, but rather uses examples from a number of different sports so that any athlete or coach can benefit from the material.

As human beings, we’re rarely ever transformed by reading more books or articles. Instead, most transformative change happens through a real relationship with another human being—usually a coach or a mentor.
Sure, you can try another self-improvement book or read a few more articles, especially if you love thinking about how the mind affects performance. Books typically present too much new information at once. They get you all fired up about a “new” way of doing things… which lasts for a few days. Then you’re back to where you were before.
Of course, while most of us think we need to learn everything at once, research shows the exact opposite: When we want to improve ourselves, the only way to do it is to change one thing at a time.
